Cotton yarn (cotton yarn) is made from natural vegetable raw materials - cotton. Due to its environmental friendliness and properties, cotton yarn is the most popular material for the production of various textile products.
Combed yarn (the thinnest) is made mainly from a thin long fiber of cotton. Combed yarn is characterized by increased strength, smoothness and uniformity of properties along the entire length.
Ring spinning - the spinning process is carried out on ring spinning machines with spindles and runners.
Compact yarn has high tenacity, low hairiness and unevenness compared to ordinary yarn. Compact yarns are less likely to break during rewinding, resulting in cost savings. Fabrics made from these threads have increased print clarity.
Cotton yarn for weaving production makes up a significant share in the total assortment. Depending on the purpose, yarn for weaving production is distinguished - main and weft. The warp threads along the fabric are subjected to greater tension during weaving than the weft (transverse) threads, and therefore they must be stronger. The main yarn is produced from the best raw materials with a twist close to critical. Weft yarn, in order to avoid the appearance of twists on it, is produced with a reduced twist, less than critical. Therefore, weft yarn is less durable.
