Product specification:

Clarified apple concentrate is made of fresh apples which are crushed, pressed and depectinized. Juice is passing an ultra filtration to reach the maximum transparency, vacuum concentration at low temperature condition, pasteurized and packed into an aseptic bag.

• Sour (acidity 2-3%)
• Sweet (acidity 1-1.2%)
