Small description
French type. Medium-sized late flowering, late ripening variety. High quality of fruit and berries. The size of the fruit is moderate (10-13 g). The tree grows upright. The bark is light brown. The leaves are elongated, broad at the base and narrow at the tip, growing in the form of an elongated bucket. The fruits are light, medium-sized, elongated-oval, suitable for long-term transport. Fernor coconut is slightly larger than the famous French Franquette coconut. Size - 30 - 32 mm. The shell of the walnut is of medium thickness, the wings are well fastened, light in color, easily separated without damaging the core. The core is easily separated, white, well-filled, has a very high taste. Fruiting begins at the age of 6-8 years. Yields, in the best fruiting years (15 - 20 years), 100 - 120 kg per tree. Maturation period- the end of September. Ideal for personal cultivation and industrial production. Pollinators: The variety is partially self-pollinating, but better fruiting can be achieved by planting it together with the Fernette variety.
