Avangard - long-grain cream-colored rice with a whitish-matte middle, with an average starch content, is grown in the Khorezm region.
Avangard is inferior to brown rice in terms of vitamin and mineral content, but it is considered the most commonly consumed all over the world. The process of preparing such rice does not take much time: it is cooked for about 15 minutes. Dishes obtained from the avangard have an appetizing look and excellent taste.
