Small description
It is the earliest ripening apple in European countries. It ripens in the second to third decade of August (in Europe). The ripening of the fruit is not changeable. Therefore, depending on the maturity, it is harvested two or three times. The fruit is medium in size and covered with a beautiful red flame (40–60% of the surface of the fruit). The flesh is firm, juicy, sweet and delicious, crispy.
There are many bud hybrids of this variety, which differ from each other in fruit color, growth vigor, yield, tree shape, and fruit ripening time. These varieties are Gala Mast, Gala Michi and others. The taste rating of ripe fruit is 4.5-4.7 points.
