Quality inspection service:

1. Initial inspection; Inspection on raw materials and production plant

2. During Production Inspection – Do the inspection during production (any status during the production)

3. Pre-shipment Inspection – Conduct the inspection when 100 % goods finished and packed before shipping

4. 100 % Quality Inspection – Inspect every piece after the order finished

Inspection Procedures:

1. Confirm the order quantity

2. Check packing and marking

3. Compare actual products with clients design

4. Check specifications such as size, weight, printing, dimension, etc.

5. Function check

6. Internal check (if applicable)

7. On site tests – Carton drop test, Barcode scanning test, Color fake test, Safety test, etc.

8. Inspect products with finding the defects and quality issues
