“SHAHRISABZ TEXTILE” company (OQSAROY GROUP) was established in 2016 and produces ring and open-end yarn for weaving and knitting purpose. Although factory is launched only 4 years ago its well-known in Uzbekistan and in CIS countries for high quality of yarn.

In September of 2020, “SHAHRISABZ TEXTILE” launched new direction of mixed yarns “Oqsaroy Vortex” in cooperation with Muratec (Japan) and started manufacturing on revolutionary equipment VORTEX® 870 EX VORTEX Air Jet technology, which is implemented for the first time in Uzbekistan and does not have analogues.

“SHAHRISABZ TEXTILE” with a production capacity of 8000 tons of yarn and 2000 tons of knitted fabrics is one of the largest textile enterprises in Kashkadarya region.

“SHAHRISABZ TEXTILE” company (part of OQSAROY GROUP) was established in 2016 and produces cotton yarn for weaving and knitting purposes.

For the first time in Uzbekistan in 2020, “SHAHRISABZ TEXTILE” implemented Muratec’s VORTEX® Air Jet technology into the production.

“SHAHRISABZ TEXTILE” Factory meets the modern technological and civil-construction standards. Company employs 300 young people.

Our factory is using technology and equipment of the world leading companies Trützschler (Germany), Schlafhorst (Germany), Muratec (Japan), Uster (Switzerland), Temsan (Turkey) and Dalgakiran (Turkey). 3'300 tons of Vortex® Air Jet viscose, poly-viscose, poly-cotton Ne 28/1 and Ne 30/1 count yarn per year.
2'400 tons of ring yarn per year, knitting or weaving, Ne30/1, 40/1.
2'100 tons of Open-End yarn per year, knitting or weaving, OE Ne 20/1, OE 24/1, OE 30/1.

Our company produces 100% cotton carded, combed ring, open-end and viscose VORTEX®, poly-viscose VORTEX®, poly-cotton VORTEX® yarn for knitting and weaving applications. Finished products are exported to the CIS, China, Turkey and other countries.

In 1990's Muratec successfully invented the new spinning principle, named as "VORTEX spinning". "VORTEX® spinning" is a technology which uses an air vortex to spin out the yarn. Fibers formed by these air flows possess a unique structure, and this provides the yarn with a wide range of functionalities. This technology, which Muratec has successfully implemented, is creating a new wave in the world of fashion.
