"SALAR MEAT PRODUCT" PE

The taste of that same, real high-quality Soviet sausage, mmmm! Not many of us managed to remember it or even know it! But almost everyone remembers (or has heard about) long queues in Union stores. “What are they giving? Who is the last one? We are behind you,” the parents said by rote and left their children in a chain of strangers, running away to work.

For three simple guys from Tashkent, a great love for meat products arose precisely in these endless queues for the best sausage in the world. Having matured a little, the friends even got jobs as sellers of sausage products in meat shops, and then the career ladder led them to the positions of manager of branded stores in the new Urikzar market. There they worked for several years as a kind of link between production and consumers, until they decided to open their own workshop, with the help of which they would have the opportunity to return the same taste and quality to sausage products.

Of course, it turned out that selling sausage and producing it are two very different things; there were difficult moments, dead-end situations, and nights without sleep. Then several large companies gladly came to the rescue and the friends managed to open their first, one might say, experimental workshop. And finally, on New Year's Eve 2004, three enthusiasts, at the head of their friendly team, produced the first batch of sausage products under the Sherin brand, which customers immediately liked!
Over the next 9 years, the Sherin workshop gradually expanded and was replenished with new equipment, the team grew, and consumer demand and love increased. In 2012, the founders decided to build a new plant, modern and well designed! After 2 years of construction, the grand opening of the new plant took place, which today is one of the largest in Central Asia and meets all requirements and standards.
