The first place is occupied by cotton fabrics. Cotton is today the absolute leader among textile plant raw materials. It is popular for its properties such as good paintability and very low fading. Cotton grows mainly in countries with a warm climate. Uzbekistan, as you know, is one of the leading countries in the export of cotton fiber.

Cotton yarn is a material obtained in the process of twisting threads of natural origin. In the general classification of yarn, natural (animal or vegetable origin), artificial, synthetic and mixed (combined) yarn are distinguished.

The natural ones include wool, silk, cotton, bamboo, linen and some others obtained from animal wool or vegetable fibers. Natural (woolen or cotton) yarn is the warmest and most hygienic, as it is produced without the participation of any synthetic additives. Cotton yarn (cotton yarn) is made from natural vegetable raw materials - cotton, and today is the most popular material for the production of various types of textile products.

Cotton yarn is very pleasant for the body, as it creates the effect of coolness on the hottest day. Well absorbs moisture and perfectly passes air. In addition, cotton yarn products are not only pleasant for the body, but also very hygienic, which is an important indicator. Cotton yarn is absolutely non-allergenic and is ideal for the production of wearable products. Cotton yarn is dyed very well, and at the same time it does not fade well in the sun. As a result, many cotton yarn suppliers offer such a rich range of colors. Cotton yarn can be of any thickness, this is also its advantage, because there is no limit to the number of products that can be made from cotton yarn.

Another advantage of cotton yarn, due to which many people prefer it, is its durability and good resistance to washing and all kinds of wear. So, cotton fabrics can be washed in a washing machine and use almost any detergent. There are several types of cotton yarn, which differ in the way of weaving: cardan, combed and hardware.

The cotton yarn we produce has an average linear density of 11.5-84 tex., 15-100 tex. With the use of pneumomechanical machines, it refers to the cardan spinning system, right-hand twist, single-filament, harsh, used for weaving. The composition of the yarn is 100% cotton. Carded yarn differs from combed yarn in increased thickness and some fluffiness; it is used to produce a wide range of fabrics: calico, etc.
