The enterprise is equipped with the latest textile equipment from world famous manufacturers such as: DANITECH, BRAZZOLI, FERRARO, CORINO, HAS, LAFER, MERSAN, ELTEXMAK, RANIN, MAHLO and others.

The organization produces textile knitted fabrics from 100% cotton, blended yarn with the addition of lycra, polyester, viscose and provides the following types of textile materials, such as suprem, footer, interlock, ribana, cashmere, pique (lacoste) and patterned weaving, which are produced on equipment MAYER & CIE (Germany), TERROT (Germany) and PILOTELLI (Italy).

Productivity of open severe type of a cloth is 150 tons a month.

Productivity of tubular/closed severe type of canvas is 300 tons per month.
The company also has the ability to carry out all the finishing work of textile fabrics from knitting to preparation for dyeing, printing, packaging and labeling.
The laboratory of the dye factory has the ability to develop colors of any complexity, develop recipes and paint the entire cycle of the dyeing process to obtain the best result when painting canvases.

Dyeing machines are developed by European companies, which include the latest developments and improvements that allow you to optimize the dyeing process and get exceptionally high quality finished fabrics.
The decoction, bleaching and dyeing of the fabric are carried out on the equipment DANITECH (Italy), CORINO (Italy). Fabric napping on equipment MARIO CROSTA (Italy);

Other finishing works such as wringing, drying, parka, ironing and packaging are carried out on FERRARO (Italy), CORINO (Italy), HAS (Turkey), MERSAN (Turkey), ELTEXMAK (Turkey) equipment and also on TEST laboratory equipment (Turkey) and devices RANIN (America).
