The first high-tech factory for the production of world-class lubricants on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The CHILON factory was built as part of the import substitution and localization program in Uzbekistan. The purpose of constructing the factory is to provide consumers of the Republic of Uzbekistan with high-quality lubricants to replace imported ones. The factory was put into operation in the first quarter of 2013. The construction of the factory was based on many years of experience of leading specialists in the production and sale of lubricants, modern technologies in the field of lubricants production.
