CHACH LLC, founded in 1992, is a diversified enterprise with its own production base located in the city of Chirchik. The main credo of the enterprise is the production of high-quality and reliable goods.

PRODUCTION ACTIVITIES

CHACH LLC in 2003 became the leader in the Republic of Uzbekistan in the production of hygienic washcloths, the direction of the bath-sauna. Today we produce more than 30 types of washcloths of various purposes, sizes, shapes and colors. Our product is made from environmentally friendly and natural raw materials LUFFA grown on the land of Uzbekistan! Our washcloths are intended for all those who care about health and cleanliness of the body! The production capacity of the enterprise allows us to produce more than 8 thousand different washcloths per month.

In 2008, we mastered a new type of production - Cotton gloves of the 7th and 10th knitting class, both regular and reinforced with PVC. The scope of our gloves is extensive and designed to protect the working hands of a person. - Gloves 7 class knitting weight: 40; 45; 50 grams are ordinary cotton gloves. They are designed to better protect human hands from mechanical damage! The scope of their application is extensive from household, household services to construction and production work. - Gloves 10 class knitting weight: 40; 45; 50; 55; 60 grams - high-density cotton gloves.

They protect hands well from industrial contaminants and at the same time retain the sensitivity of the fingers. They are indispensable for workers servicing machinery, machine tools, various production lines, as well as workers engaged in repair work. The production capacity of the enterprise allows to produce more than 500 thousand pairs of gloves per month.

For the production of gloves and mittens, we ourselves produce regenerated yarn, with the necessary technical characteristics depending on the weight of the gloves and the knitting class.

Since 2020, the raw material for the production of our yarn has been cotton waste from the textile and clothing industries of Uzbekistan. Today we produce mixed yarns of various numbers: Nm 9.5/1; Nm 10/1; Nm 12/1; Nm 14/1; Nm 15/1; Nm 20/1. The production capacity of the enterprise allows to produce from 30 to 60 tons of yarn per month.

From our own yarn, we also produce double-thread textile fabric for technical purposes, 1.65 meters wide, with a density of 395 grams per meter. The canvas is grayish in color, it is practical, durable and rough. The production capacity of the enterprise allows to produce more than 20 thousand linear meters of linen per month.

From our own double-thread fabric we produce Mittens with single and double palms. They are able to protect the hands of workers from cuts, lacerations and high temperatures. The production capacity of the enterprise allows to produce more than 10 thousand pairs of mittens per month. 

We also produce goods for household purposes, to keep your home, office, work premises, furniture, machinery and equipment clean. These are Gauze for household needs measuring 1.5 by 0.8 meters and a Rag for mopping the floor measuring 1.2 by 0.7 meters. We produce them only from environmentally friendly, high-quality and natural cotton materials. The production capacity of the enterprise allows to produce more than 10 thousand gauze for household needs and the same number of rags for mopping the floor per month.
