An enterprise with a great future

Bakan Tex LLC is a promising enterprise for the production of high-quality cotton yarn. The construction of the cotton spinning factory began in October 2016, and the following year it began to operate at full capacity. The main production products are 100% cotton yarn: combed Compact gray. In 2018, the company imported $10 million worth of yarn.

The Bakan Tex product corresponds to the first grade physical and mechanical parameters and meets all standards, which is confirmed by GOST certificates of conformity.

Finished products are sent to the local market and for export.

Today, the annual production capacity of Bakan Tex is 14,500 tons, and at the same time, all capacities are occupied for one and a half, two months in advance.

The production is fully equipped with modern high-tech equipment manufactured by leading foreign manufacturers: Trützschler, Toyota-Trützschler, Saurer, Stienmann, Neuenhauser, Rosink (all made in Germany), Uster (Switzerland), Temsan and Kavurlar (Turkey). The latest equipment from world leaders favorably distinguishes Bakan Tex from other enterprises in the Uzbek market.

Today, the company employs over 500 people. The management pays great attention to their regular training and advanced training.

On the production lines of "Bakan Tex" continuous quality control of products is carried out, which eliminates the possibility of marriage in finished batches. This is monitored by Uster Swiss laboratory equipment, which tests product samples and monitors quality at every stage of production.

Bakan Tex yarn complies with the international standard Oeko-Tex Standard 100.

In the course of organizing the activities of BakanTex LLC, an advanced industrial complex of FT Textile Group LLC was also launched in Namangan region.

This is one of the projects of BakanTex LLC, which specializes in the production of 100% cotton raw carded yarn by the pneumomechanical spinning method. This enterprise is equipped with the latest spinning equipment from Germany, Belgium, Switzerland, India and Turkey.

In February 2019, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev got acquainted with the activities of the FT Textile group joint venture in the Turakurgan region.

In the course of organizing the activities of BakanTex LLC, an advanced industrial complex of FT Textile Group LLC was also launched in Namangan region. It is exported to China, Russia, Turkey and Ukraine. Last year, products worth $7.6 million were delivered abroad. It is noteworthy that the enterprise provides itself with electricity. A modern gas generator from Germany is installed here. The hot water generated during the production process is used to heat a 9-hectare greenhouse.

“A new generation of entrepreneurs with an innovative approach to work is emerging in our country,” said Shavkat Mirziyoyev. – It is necessary to expand their ranks, to provide them with constant support. In 2019, the German Federal President Frank-Walter Steinmeier visited Bakan Tex LLC.

During the visit and familiarization with the activities of the limited liability company "Bakan Tex", the Federal President of Germany Frank-Walter Steinmeier noted that this site is of great ideological significance because it reflects the peace-loving policy of Uzbekistan, historical achievements and tolerance of the Uzbek people.

The enterprise plans to create a cotton cluster. This will support the thesis of the President of Uzbekistan, expressed during his visit to the regions, that the state does not need cotton - it is needed by clusters and textile workers, and will also serve to create new jobs.
