For 19 years, Avtooyna LLC has been firmly established in the market for the production of high-quality, safe automotive windows and now enjoys a well-deserved reputation. Our company’s Annual production output reaches more than 420 000 units and uses modern technology of world-renowned companies such as Bystronic Glass (Switzerland), Cugher Glass, Ctriulzi, Mario Argiro, Kera Glass (Italy), Glassrobots, Pilkington (Finland) and Vetrotool (Spain). Based on this, we can say that the company is a leader not only in Uzbekistan, but also in the entire Central Asian automotive glass industry.

The history of "Avtooyna" LLC dates back to 1998. Based on the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated October 8, 1998, the production of safety car windows was launched. The goal is to localize, that is, to provide windows for cars coming off the assembly line of the Asaka Automobile Plant (now UzAvto Motors) and to launch the production of components.

Currently, the product range of our company has reached 150 units. These products are mainly a set of safe car windows for car models of UzAuto Motors JSC, which meet the global production standards of General Motors (GMW 3136).

Our range also includes safe automotive windows of different models from SamAuto LLC, MAN Auto Uzbekistan JV, Tashkent Agricultural Machinery Plant JSC and other manufacturers. Furthermore, together with meeting the demand for car windows, the company's production of glassware for consumer goods, furniture and household appliances is also growing rapidly. In addition, the production of double-glazed windows, multi-colored and athermic (heat-resistant) car windows, wooden products, including furniture for offices and consumers. Our company also produces almost all types of car windows on the basis of individual customer orders.

We are constantly striving to achieve results at every stage of the business - from the creation of the window to the quality of service over the years. We strictly control our products based on universal standards in the automotive window industry and also in accordance with our own internal criteria. One of our main advantages is having an accredited laboratory. In the laboratory, our specialists conduct targeted inspections, such as testing all products to ensure a high level of safety and driver visibility.

The uniqueness of the technology we use is that our company focuses on the high technology used by European companies that are world leaders in the production of safe car windows. Finnish technology for windshields (PILKINGTON, GLASSROBOTS) is used to produce products that fully meet the dimensions of the car body. In the production of thermally compacted glass, using Italian (MARIO ARGIRO) and Spanish (VETROTOOL) technologies, glass with internal tension and small deflection at the desired parameter is produced. With the help of Swiss glass processing technology (BYSTRONIC) we can produce semi-finished products with the most accurate dimensions.

Our team of technical staff consists of highly qualified specialists who are constantly improving their skills in the European Union and the Russian Federation.
