LLC "AishaHomeTextile" began its activities in 2012 together with the Chinese company "Aivetsun" in the city of Namangan of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

A special area of ​​the company's activity is the production of terry and wafer products for individual orders: towels, bathrobes, bedspreads and sauna kits. The total area of ​​the territory is 1.65 ha, of which 1.05 ha is occupied by production facilities. Today, more than 800 specialists work in the professional team of Aisha.

The technological process of manufacturing Aisha products has a complete production cycle from yarn to finished product. Terry products are made from raw cotton yarn or dyed on rapier looms.

One of the most important processes that ensure the high quality of the fabric is the technological process of warp sizing. The purpose of this process is to increase the resistance of the yarn to friction and high-cycle loads during its passage on the loom.

The most modern technologies are used in the weaving workshop, the equipment of the world's leading companies Staubli and Itema is installed: the best in this direction over the past 60 years.

They allow us to work with high precision, to produce products promptly, and most importantly, with high quality.

The installed equipment allows to produce products of all technological solutions existing on the market.

We also try to respond as quickly as possible to new trends in the textile world and modernize the technological park of equipment.The annual production capacity of our company is up to 3,000 tons of terry cloth.

Textile dyeing is one of the target areas that we are rapidly developing. The laboratory of the enterprise carries out strict input control of raw materials, conducts timely and quality control of products at each stage.

It is also engaged in the development of a wide range of colors and new technologies for dyeing textile fabrics.

The dyeing shop is equipped with modern textile dyeing equipment "DILMENLER", "ELTEKSMAK" and "ELIAR". With the help of this equipment, the process of bleaching and smooth dyeing of textile fabrics of various structures and weaves in a wide range of colors is carried out.

Preparation and supply to the boilers, temperature conditions are fully automated.

The factory has installed auxiliary equipment for the final finishing of terry cloth, during which the process of steaming, drying and smoothing them is carried out in order to obtain a high-quality dyed textile cloth. Here the products acquire an attractive appearance, softness and hygroscopicity.

At the request of the customer, terry cloth can be passed through a shearer to turn it into soft, smooth velor.

Dyeing equipment with a total production capacity of 20.0 tons of dyed fabric per day is installed here. Modern technologies of various profiles allow us to produce the most complex products at the highest level.

Sewing production is automated thanks to the use of the latest equipment of professional German and Turkish sewing technologies for hemming Texpa and Azimo terry products, designed for a variety of operations at all stages of the sewing process. The latest technologies available at the enterprise provide an opportunity to sew 600,000 finished textile products per month. Thanks to the professionalism and entrepreneurial spirit of the employees, the company is expanding every year and moving forward with confidence.
