"ALLIANCE TEXTILE" AALP

One of the biggest organizations in Uzbekistan’s light industry sector is the Association of Manufacturers of Light Industry “Alliance Textile.” The business was founded in 2011 by the merger of 5 textile businesses. Alliance Textile now includes six textile manufacturing members spread out across Uzbekistan, as well as six commercial partners in Turkey, Bangladesh, Russia, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan.

The company produces textiles such as gauze, ring, and rotor cotton yarns in various counts, as well as other premium materials that adhere to all international requirements. The business has established itself as a trustworthy business partner, and it actively engages with its customers, raises the level of service, and ensures the prompt supply of premium products.

The Association of Light Industry Enterprises "Alliance Textile" is one of the largest associations in the light industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The company was established in 2011, uniting 5 textile enterprises. At present, the AALP "Alliance Textile" already includes 7 textile enterprises of our country.

The enterprises of the association produce textile products, such as cotton yarn Nе 6 to Ne 60 - pneumatic spinning and ring spinning, gray gauze, cotton wool, coarse calico and other high quality materials that meet all the requirements of world standards.

         The AALP "Alliance Textile" includes:‌‌

1. LLC "BERUNIY TEXTILE INVEST" - was founded in 2009, located in the city of Beruni, the Republic of Karakalpakstan. At present LLC "BERUNIY TEXTILE INVEST" is one of the most dynamically developing enterprises of the Republic.

The factory occupies 7,797 hectares of land with a total production area of   22,500 sq.m., and 6,500 sq.m. is under reconstruction. area.

More than 400 workers and employees work at the enterprise.

Manufactured products: 100% cotton yarn, carded, rotor spinning, ring spinning Ne 12/1, Ne 20/1, Ne 30/1, Ne 32/1, Ne 40/1 and above

The company has installed equipment from leading companies RIETER, SAVIO, TRUTZSCHLER, SCHLAFHORST.‌‌

The production capacity of the enterprise is 450-500 tons of yarn per month, 90-100% of products are exported. In production cotton fiber of 1 and 2 grades is used.

In the future, it is planned to master the production of combed, compact and fancy yarn.

2. LLC "Beruniy Claster" 

3. LLC "YA TEKSTIL GROUP" - This factory, located in Samarkand, was launched in 2013.

The total land area is about 7 hectares, of which 8.0 thousand sq.m. production area.

The plant is equipped with "JINGWEI" equipment, the production capacity is more than 2000 tons of yarn per year.

Manufactured products: 100% cotton yarn, ring spinning, Ne 20 - Ne 50/1.

4. LLC "TPC ALLIANCE"

5. LLC "SHOH TEX IMPEX" is located in the city of Bulokboshi, Andijan region. The factory was founded in the 3rd quarter of 2017 on the basis of a former silk mill.

The factory occupies 960 sq.m. land with a total production area of   2,000 sq.m.

The number of working personnel is more than 200 people.

Manufactured products: 100% cotton knitwear.

Production capacity: up to 3 million pieces of knitwear per year.

The factory is equipped with sewing equipment from the Chinese manufacturer JACK.‌‌
