Uzbekistan’s fruit and vegetable exports: USD 1.9bn.

According to the National Statistics Committee, from January to November 2025, Uzbekistan exported 2 million tons of fruit and vegetable products with a total value of USD 1.9 billion.

Compared to the same period last year, the export value increased by 36.8% and accounted for 6.3% of the country’s total exports.

The export structure is as follows:

• fruits and berries — 580.9 thousand tons;

• vegetables — 553 thousand tons;

• watermelons and melons — 232.9 thousand tons;

• peanuts and nuts — 25.8 thousand tons;

• mung beans — 129.6 thousand tons;

• others — 500 thousand tons.
