Uzbekistan produces over 33,000 tons of chickpeas

According to the National Statistics Committee, in 2024, farms of all categories in Uzbekistan produced a total of 33.4 thousand tons of chickpeas.

The production volumes by farm category were as follows:

• Farmer farms – 24 thousand tons;

• Dehkan (household) and subsidiary farms – 6.9 thousand tons;

• Agricultural enterprises – 2.5 thousand tons.
