Over 783 Thousand Foreign Tourists Visited Uzbekistan

According to the National Statistics Agency, in January–June 2025, a total of 783.7 thousand foreign citizens visited Uzbekistan for tourism purposes.

This figure increased by 255.1 thousand people, or 48.3%, compared to the same period last year.

In the first six months of the current year, the number of foreign citizens visiting Uzbekistan for tourism purposes by country was as follows:

Russia — 166.6 thousand people;

Turkmenistan — 123.0 thousand people;

Kazakhstan — 77.7 thousand people;

Kyrgyz Republic — 71.6 thousand people;

Tajikistan — 49.1 thousand people;

China — 39.1 thousand people;

Türkiye — 29.3 thousand people;

India — 22.0 thousand people;

Italy — 18.6 thousand people;

South Korea — 14.9 thousand people;

Germany — 14.7 thousand people;

USA — 13.2 thousand people;

Other countries — 143.9 thousand people.
