9.9 thousand tons of smoked sausage produced in 9 months

According to the National Statistics Committee, in January–September 2025, large enterprises produced 9.9 thousand tons of semi-smoked and smoked sausages.
This figure increased by 37.3% compared to the same period in 2024.

Production dynamics by year (January–September):

— 2023 – 6.3 thousand tons
— 2024 – 7.2 thousand tons
— 2025 – 9.9 thousand tons
