Packaging: Calcium ammonium nitrate is produced unpacked and packaged in containers, in bulk in specialized self-unloading closed wagons according to the current regulatory documentation;
- in transport containers - polyethylene bags according to GOST 17811 or
- polypropylene bags of brand A, B according to TSh 6.1-00203849-105, weight (10, 20, 25, 50) kg.
It is allowed, in agreement with the consumer, to produce packaging of ammonium nitrate calcium in other containers according to the current regulatory documentation and ensuring the safety of products during transportation and storage.
Transportation and storage: Calcium ammonium nitrate is transported by all means of transport, except for aviation, in covered vehicles in accordance with the rules for the carriage of goods in force for this type of transport.
Calcium ammonium nitrate is transported in bulk in specialized self-unloading closed wagons, or in agreement with the consumer in covered wagons, as well as cars or tractor carts with a tightly closed body, ensuring the safety of the product.
During transportation and storage, as well as during loading and unloading of calcium ammonium nitrate, measures must be taken to protect the product from pollution, precipitation and sunlight.
Calcium ammonium nitrate is stored in closed, dry and clean warehouses, excluding the ingress of precipitation and groundwater.
Storage and transportation of calcium ammonium nitrate is carried out separately from other materials and substances.
Safety requirements: According to the parameters of acute toxicity, ammonium nitrate belongs to moderately hazardous (Sh-class) substances according to GOST 12.1.007, the product has a weak material accumulation, an irritant effect when applied to intact skin and mucous membranes of the eyes, has a skin-resorptive effect and does not possess sensitizing effect.
Guaranteed shelf life - 6 months from the date of manufacture.
