"UZKIMYOIMPEKS" LLC

From January 1, 2018, the import of equipment, spare parts, components, raw materials and materials for the production needs of organizations of JSC Uzkimyosanoat is carried out through LLC Uzkimyoimpeks at their request, with the exception of operations on precious metals for production needs;

• the amount of the commission of LLC “Uzkimyoimpeks” when exporting products is 2 percent of the value of the contract (agreement) and when importing 1 percent of the value of the contract (agreement);
• incoming currency from exported products is accumulated in the bank account of Uzkimyoimpeks LLC, followed by transfer within three banking days to the bank accounts of manufacturing companies of Uzkimyosanoat JSC, after deduction of commission fees of Uzkimyoimpex LLC;
• when carrying out foreign trade operations of Uzkimyoimpeks LLC, the term for receipt of revenue or return import for export operations should not exceed 90 days from the date of actual export of goods;
• the foreign currency earnings of the organizations of JSC Uzkimyosanoat are, as a matter of priority, allocated to fulfillment of obligations on attracted loans under a state guarantee, as well as to the purchase of equipment, spare parts, components, raw materials and materials for production needs through LLC Uzkimyoimpeks.
