Small description
Bentonite niter is used in agriculture as a microelement containing concentrated nitrogen fertilizer.
The introduction of bentonite clay powder into the melt of ammonium nitrate increases the temperature of the beginning of decomposition of the initial ammonium nitrate, slows down the rate of its thermal decomposition, increases the strength of the granules, reduces the porosity of the product, i.e. makes saltpeter more resistant to repeatedly repeated phase transformations and, most importantly, increases the thermal stability of saltpeter.
Granules of bentonite nitrate have a weaker solubility compared to pure ammonium nitrate, i.e. granules containing in bentonite clay powder will gradually release nutrients, resulting in a 10-15% reduction in nitrogen losses. The use of bentonite niter improves the moisture supply to plants, enhances the biological activity and nitrifying capacity of the soil, and increases the number of microorganisms.

Packaging and storage: Bentonite niter is produced unpacked and unpacked in containers:
- in bulk in specialized self-unloading closed wagons according to the current
regulatory documentation;
- in polyethylene bags or polypropylene bags of grades A and B, weighing (10, 20,25,50) kg.
Bentonite niter is stored in closed, dry and clean warehouses, excluding the ingress of atmospheric precipitation and groundwater.
Storage and transportation of benthic saltpeter is carried out separately from other materials and substances.
Transportation: Bentonite niter is transported by all means of transport, except for aviation, in covered vehicles in accordance with the rules for the carriage of goods in force for this type of transport.
Bentonite niter is transported in bulk in specialized self-unloading closed wagons, or in agreement with the consumer in covered wagons, as well as cars or tractor carts with a tightly closed body, ensuring the safety of the product.
The temperature of the product during shipment should not exceed 45 degrees.
During transportation and storage, as well as during loading and unloading of benthic saltpeter, measures must be taken to protect the product from pollution and precipitation.
According to the parameters of acute toxicity, bentonite niter belongs to moderately hazardous (class 111) substances
Guaranteed shelf life: Guaranteed shelf life is 6 months from the date of manufacture.
